• Rest of Europe and Islands: between 4 and 7 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
• United Kingdom: delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, import controls, and clearance processing times, and delays beyond Robust’s control may occur.

Do you cover damage caused by the dog?

Damage caused by the dog itself is not automatically covered. That's separate from the 10-year manufacturer's guarantee, which covers defects in materials and workmanship on every ROBUST crate.
My dog has damaged the crate — what now?

Damage caused by the dog isn't covered under the guarantee, but we'll review your case and do everything we can to help. Our team can offer replacement parts or alternatives.

Email info@robust-europe.com with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll get back to you.
Can I fly with the crate?

Yes. Many of our customers have flown with the ROBUST crate on different airlines. It's IATA approved, and ships from the factory with rails and hardware included to secure all panels for flying. Always check your airline's specific requirements before travelling.
What guarantee does the crate have?

A 10-year manufacturer's guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Damage caused by the dog is not included.
Can my dog break or escape from the crate?

The ROBUST crate is far stronger than traditional wire crates or plastic kennels, thanks to its reinforced aluminum structure and high-security locking system. It's been tested with powerful breeds — German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Cane Corsos.

That said, if your dog has a history of escapes or shows signs of severe anxiety, write to us before you buy. We'll help you decide whether the ROBUST crate is the right fit.
Is the ventilation good? Will my dog overheat in summer?

How do I know what size my dog needs?

Measure your dog standing up: floor to shoulder, and chest to base of tail. Add 10–15 cm to each measurement so they can turn and lie down comfortably.

How do I know if my ROBUST crate fits in my car?

Before purchasing, we recommend measuring your car's boot/trunk (length, width and interior height — with the rear seats folded down if you plan to fold them) and comparing it with the external dimensions of each size, available in our size guide.
