FAQs about Robust
Does ROBUST offer a guarantee on its crates?
Yes. Every ROBUST crate comes with a 10-year structural guarantee covering manufacturing defects and any issues with the structure, joints, or locks. Accessories are covered by the standard legal warranty.
To make a claim, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange repair, replacement parts, or a full product replacement depending on the case.
What's your return and exchange policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to try your crate. If it's not for you, the customer covers the return shipping. Once we receive the product back in good condition, we refund 100% within 5–10 days.
We also accept size exchanges — the customer covers shipping for at least one of the legs.
How do I know what size my dog needs?
Measure your dog standing up: floor to shoulder, and chest to base of tail. Add 10–15 cm to each measurement so they can turn and lie down comfortably.
If you get it wrong, our 30-day return policy lets you switch sizes without hassle.
Does the guarantee cover damage caused by the dog?
No. The guarantee doesn't cover bites, scratches, impacts, or normal wear. It covers manufacturing defects and structural issues only.
That said, if your dog has damaged the crate, write to info@robust-europe.com and we'll do our best to help — replacement parts or alternatives where possible.
What's the shipping policy?
We ship across Spain and the rest of Europe:
- Spanish mainland and Portugal: 24–48h
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and special zones: timing and cost on request

Free shipping is included on all ROBUST crates shipped to:
• Mainland Spain
• Mainland Portugal
• France
• Germany
• Italy
Free shipping does not apply to islands, special territories, remote areas, or accessories. For these destinations and for accessory orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
