2. PURPOSE
This Legal Notice and Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice") regulates access to, browsing of and use of the website owned by Robust, accessible through the domain robust-europe.com and associated subdomains (hereinafter, the "Website").
Access to and use of the Website confers on the person doing so the status of User, and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access.
The placing of orders through the Website is additionally governed by the General Sales Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the Website, which the User must expressly accept during the purchase process.

4.2 Prohibited uses
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available, extraction, re-use or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Website by any means or procedure, without the prior written authorisation of Robust, is expressly prohibited.

For Users acting in the course of their business or professional activity (B2B), any dispute arising from this Legal Notice shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña (Spain), with express waiver of any other forum that might apply.
