Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At ROBUST EUROPE, S.L. ("Robust") we ship our products from Spain to most of Europe. This Shipping Policy describes shipping costs, delivery times and other relevant conditions.

 

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders within the European Union.

For destinations outside the European Union (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland), shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before completing your purchase. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are borne by the customer.

 

2. CARRIERS

We work with leading logistics providers:

  • Correos Express — Spain, Portugal and European Union deliveries.
  • FedEx — large sizes and destinations outside the EU (customs clearance included).

 

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in A Coruña, Spain. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: 24-48 hours.
  • Balearic Islands: 48-72 hours.
  • Canary Islands: ordinary service (times may vary; customs of the Canary Islands may apply).
  • European Union: 2 to 7 business days depending on destination.
  • Outside the EU (UK, Switzerland): 3 to 7 business days, plus any customs processing time.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. You can also contact us by WhatsApp at +34 640 61 25 56 for any question about the status of your order.

 

5. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION

Please inspect the packaging at the moment of delivery. If you notice any visible damage:

1. Indicate it to the carrier on the delivery note.

2. Take photos of the packaging and the product.

3. Notify us within 24 hours at info@robust-europe.com.

Following this procedure allows us to send a replacement or provide a solution at no cost to you (see our Return and Refund Policy).

 

6. INCOMPLETE OR FAILED DELIVERIES

If the carrier cannot complete the delivery (absent recipient, incorrect address), it will usually attempt delivery again or leave a notice. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the costs of reshipment may be borne by the customer.

 

7. GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS

We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. For other destinations, contact us before placing your order and we will study the best option: info@robust-europe.com.
